PTCE exam voucherPay in full, or split it up.
Tuition includes one PTCE exam voucher. When you complete all program requirements, APA issues the voucher in your name and you use it to schedule the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam directly with PTCB.
The voucher covers the PTCB exam fee. It is issued once, in your name, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, and is subject to PTCB's eligibility requirements, scheduling policies, and expiration terms.

Refunds
Because the full program opens the moment you enroll and digital materials cannot be returned, tuition is generally nonrefundable after any cancellation period required by law. To cancel, email support@advancedpharmacyacademy.com with your full name, email, and a statement that you wish to cancel. If a serious, unexpected circumstance affects your ability to continue, you can request a special-circumstances review in writing.

Program access runs one year from enrollment. If you need more time, message student support before your access ends and we will extend it. Extensions are free up to 60 days.
Payment plan issues
If an Afterpay or Klarna installment fails, that is between you and the payment provider; your program access is not affected because APA was paid in full at enrollment.
