Tuition is $847 and covers the complete Pharmacy Technician Career Program: every chapter, the textbook and workbooks, instructor support, and your PTCE exam voucher. Pay in full and the $150 registration fee is waived, or spread your tuition over 3 to 6 monthly payments.
What your tuition covers.
Tuition includes one PTCE exam voucher. When you complete all program requirements, APA issues the voucher in your name and you use it to schedule the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam directly with PTCB.
The voucher covers the PTCB exam fee. It is issued once, in your name, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, and is subject to PTCB's eligibility requirements, scheduling policies, and expiration terms.

Pay in full at enrollment, or spread your tuition over monthly installments. Same program and same support either way.

Refunds
Because the full program opens the moment you enroll and digital materials cannot be returned, tuition is generally nonrefundable after any cancellation period required by law. To cancel or request a refund, email studentaccounts@advancedpharmacyacademy.com with your full name and the email on your student account. On an installment plan, a cancellation or refund adjusts your remaining balance and future payments. Serious, unexpected circumstances can be submitted for a special-circumstances review.

If a scheduled payment does not go through, we retry the card and Student Accounts will contact you to arrange another method. You can update your card any time from My Account in your student portal. An account 30 days past due may have program access paused until it is brought current; a pause does not cancel your enrollment. A one-time hardship pause of up to 30 days is available on request.

Program access runs one year from enrollment. If you need more time, message student support before your access ends and we will extend it. Extensions are free up to 60 days.
