Download the Career Guide (PDF)Advanced Pharmacy Academy's Pharmacy Technician Career Program is a self-paced digital educational program. Upon enrollment, students receive access to the program curriculum, recorded instruction, downloadable materials, workbooks, assessments, student resources, and support services. Because these educational materials and services become available immediately and cannot be returned, tuition payments are generally nonrefundable after any cancellation or refund period required by applicable law.
A student may cancel their enrollment by submitting a written cancellation request to support@advancedpharmacyacademy.com. The request must include the student's full name, email address, and a clear statement that the student wishes to cancel enrollment.
When required by applicable law, a student who cancels within the legally established cancellation period will receive a refund of eligible amounts paid, less any lawful nonrefundable fees. Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund rights provided to the student by federal or state law.
After the applicable cancellation period has ended, tuition and fees are nonrefundable except where a refund is required by law or approved by Advanced Pharmacy Academy under the special-circumstances process described below. A student's decision not to begin or continue the coursework, failure to use the program, change in schedule, change in career plans, or inability to complete the program within the access period does not automatically qualify the student for a refund.
Where applicable law requires a prorated refund following withdrawal, Advanced Pharmacy Academy will calculate and issue the refund according to those requirements.
APA understands that serious and unexpected circumstances may affect a student's ability to continue the program. A student may submit a written request for special consideration when circumstances such as a significant medical event, family emergency, military obligation, or comparable hardship prevent continued participation.
Requests should explain the circumstances and may require supporting documentation. Each request is reviewed individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee a full or partial refund, tuition credit, payment adjustment, or extension. APA will communicate its decision in writing.
Enrollment through an installment plan or third-party financing provider does not change this policy. Students remain responsible for payments due under their enrollment agreement unless APA approves an adjustment or cancellation is covered by applicable law. Refunds involving Klarna, Afterpay, or another financing provider will be processed through the original provider and remain subject to that provider's procedures.
Any PTCE examination voucher that has already been issued, redeemed, scheduled, or otherwise made available for the student's use is nonrefundable and may be deducted from any refund to the extent permitted by law. Students who withdraw before satisfying APA's program-completion requirements are not eligible to receive an exam voucher.
Loss of access resulting from expiration of the stated enrollment period, violation of APA policies, academic misconduct, misuse of program materials, or administrative withdrawal does not automatically entitle a student to a refund. Any refund required by applicable law will still be honored.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method or financing provider. APA will process refunds within the timeframe required by applicable law. Processing times imposed by banks, card issuers, or financing providers are outside APA's control.
Cancellation, withdrawal, and special-circumstances requests must be submitted in writing to:
The date APA receives the written request will generally be treated as the request date. APA may contact the student when additional information is needed to review or process the request.
Advanced Pharmacy Academy reserves the right to update this policy prospectively. The policy and enrollment agreement in effect on the student's enrollment date will govern that student's enrollment, except where a change is required by law.
