How you complete the program.

Each chapter ends with a multiple-choice exam, taken online and graded automatically. The passing score is 70 percent. If you do not pass, you review the material and retake the exam. Pass all 24 chapter exams and the final exam, and you receive your certificate of completion and your PTCE exam voucher.
